How to Spa

Royal Spa is Open from 10.30 am to 10.30 pm

For any enquiries or information regarding the spa, please dial the ‘SPA’ button on your telephone display.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment, in order to complete your health assessment form.

We recommend that you leave all jewellery and valuables in your room safe before coming to the Spa.

All treatments can either be paid in cash, credit card or charged to your room, and appear on your account at the time of check out.

Please give five hours cancellation notice on treatments, otherwise 50% of the price may be charged to your account.

For men – please shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure that maximum results are achieved.

Concept of Royal Spa

The Royal Spa at the Imperial Hotel is by nature a hotel spa. The theme of our spa is focusing on the traditional treatments of Vietnam with the herbal wisdom of treatments and products. In this area of our Spa we are focusing on the therapeutic benefits of herbal therapy fused with modern treatment techniques. Our Signature massage called The Royal Foot Therapy is designed to release the tired muscles of the foot and lower leg after enjoying the cultural experiences of Hue. Our pre treatment consultation asks you on what particular area they would like the treatment to focus on e.g. relaxation, energizing, or to work on a particular muscle complaint for example back pain. The therapist then can recommend the best treatment for you weather it’s a Royal Massage, Swedish Massage, or Vietnamese Massage.
We also provide Manicure and Pedicure as well as hair treatments.
